Review by hotel critic
The location is quite lovely, offering easy access to the National Art Theatre, which was fantastic for a family outing. The hotel ambiance is generally peaceful, and the spacious rooms provided us with ample space to unwind after our day. We faced some challenges during our stay. Breakfast was a bit hit-or-miss, as it was initially served without cutlery. On top of that, I found it odd to pay for bottled water, especially when we had already opted for breakfast. Our room, 307, had a few maintenance issues; the air conditioning unit was quite noisy, the bathroom lighting was poor, and there were some lingering odors around the facilities. We also experienced about five blackouts within a day, which disrupted our plans. On the bright side, the staff were polite, especially the supervisor and security personnel. They made efforts to address our concerns. While it wasn't perfect, the hotel's family-friendly amenities made for memorable moments.
